The Real Estate Association at SMC is a pre -professional organization designed to bridge the gap between community college students and the real estate industry. We provide technical workshops, guest speaker panels, and networking opportunities across all sectors - including commercial, residential, private equity, and asset management, to prepare members for transfer to top universities and competitive internships and real life careers.
