Santa Monica College continues to attract one of the most diverse student populations
in the State of California. SMC Foundation raises funds to provide many students with
the financial support necessary to help them persist in reaching their educational
goals.
SMC Foundation provides scholarships that range from awards assisting working students
to students specializing in specific fields such as math, art and the health occupations.
In 2019, over $750,000 will be awarded to hundreds of SMC students. SMC Foundation
manages over 300 on-campus scholarship accounts.

Endowed/ Ongoing Scholarships
Endowed scholarships funds are designed to provide one or more scholarships for students each year from investment earnings. Endowed funds can be established with a minimum $10,000 gift and can be donor designated and named.
