SMC Malibu Campus Remains Closed Until Monday, 3/17/2025

The Santa Monica College (SMC) Malibu Campus remains closed Friday, March 14 – Sunday, March 16, 2025 and will reopen on Monday, March 17. Current weather conditions and evacuation orders continue to make access difficult. Students and faculty who have classes at the Malibu Campus will be notified and alternate arrangements made wherever possible. 

The SMC Emergency Operations Team continues to monitor conditions around SMC Malibu. Given recent weather events and environmental conditions, there is always the likelihood of further disruptions. Please note that any critical updates about SMC Malibu will be sent to your college email and posted on SMC’s official social media channels.
