Holiday Baking Recipes and Ingredients
Materials:
Large bowl, Measuring cups, Measuring teaspoons, Mixer (hand or stand), Scraper spatula.
Ingredients:
8 ounces softened cream cheese (keep it out if the refrigerator about an hour)
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup- pumpkin puree (canned or your own)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and/or cinnamon
1 1/3 cups whipped topping (cool whip)
I also use other fall spices like nutmeg and allspice and don't really measure. Feel free to be creative as we go along
Dipping ideas:
Cinnamon/Sugar pita chips
Graham crackers
Fruit slices (apples, pears, etc...)
Ingredients:
- Your favorite box spice cake
- 1 cup of flour
- 3.5oz of vanilla pudding
- 6 oz of pumpkin puree
- 4oz sour cream
- 8oz milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavor
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 4 oz brown sugar
- 4oz granulated sugar
