• This is a volunteer program. No funding is provided for participating in this program.

• Interest in a healthcare career, pre-nursing and nursing students, and community members
• 18 years or older
• Able to commit a minimum of 1 year and 200 hours, at least one 4-hour shift a week (shift cannot be split up)

• Not holding a non-immigrant visa

Once accepted into the Nursing Volunteer Program:

• Complete and pass a required background check
• Complete all required immunizations, including TB test(s), MMR, Varicella, etc.
• Complete all required volunteer forms and trainings
• CPR
• Orientation

• Applications are accepted three times a year: February, June, and October.
