    Current employment status.

Working as a Spacecraft Assembly Test Launch Operations Engineer at Millennium Space Systems.

Something I loved about being part of the STEM Program.

STEM really opened my eyes to how important it is to Network. Most importantly how to use your Network. In my career now, I have no fear in asking questions and asking people I've never met, what they do for the company and what their names are. I have to talk to many many people everyday and STEM really helped me get comfortable with talking with others and being able to collaborate on similar topics.

A resource or support program that help you in your transition from the community college to your transfer university.

Definitely the STEM Mentoring program and overall the STEM SRI program. It really helped me access many internships that made it easier for me to get comfortable once I started university because I knew I had a good amount of experience and I could focus on my grades.

What is it like to now work as a aerospace engineer in your field?

What I love about being an ATLO Engineer is that I get to lead the integration effort, learn about all of the subsystems in the a space vehicle and I get to work with different people who often teach me something new. Everyday is a learning experience.

Any advice to an aerospace engineer?

Best advice I received: "Just Apply." This really is a derivative of how Yoda said, "Do or Do Not, There is No try" If you don't take a chance and step into the unknown, you will not see what you are capable of.

Best advice I can give is: Don't get comfortable. Talk to EVERYONE no matter how high in the company they may be. Everyone is human, everyone makes mistakes but at the end of the day, everyday, the Goal should be to Learn Something New.

Any STEM Shortcuts/hacks you can share?

Take tours at the places that you are interested in working at. Contact folks who are where you want to be, on LinkedIn. YOUTUBE is your friend. Use your NETWORK.

If you had to give advice to yourself when you first started at SMC, what would you say?

Stop wasting time, YOU CAN DO IT.

Outside of STEM and related activities, what do you enjoy doing?

    Discovering Music, Dancing, Snowboarding, Camping.
