Your wellbeing and that of our staff is priority. In an effort to exercise social distancing and minimize transmission of COVID-19, SMC has temporarily suspended face-to-face services and instruction. The Admissions and Records office is closed until further notice for in-person interaction. However, staff is still available and will gladly attend to your inquiries by phone or email. Policy Updates (last updated June 3)
Effective with the Summer 2020 term, most enrollment-related policies and dates return back to "normal." Policies and dates related to Refunds, Class Withdrawals, and issuance of final grades return to normal. The only deadline that has been extended for Summer and Fall 2020 is the Pass/No Pass grading option, which has been extended through the 75th percentile of the class--corresponding to the Drop Deadline for the class. All applicable class deadlines may be found in Corsair Connect.
