Dr. Kyle Patterson is a language educator who is passionate about helping students feel welcomed, supported, and empowered in the classroom. Over the past ten years, he has taught French and English in a variety of K–16 settings, from middle school classrooms to colleges and universities, and across in-person, hybrid, and online formats. With a Ph.D. in French and Francophone Studies from UC Davis, Kyle brings together his love of languages with a strong interest in accessibility, Universal Design for Learning, and educational technology. He especially enjoys collaborating with fellow educators, sharing practical strategies, and finding creative ways to make learning more flexible and engaging. As an Accessibility and UDL Ambassador, Kyle is excited to learn alongside his colleagues and help build learning environments where every student has a meaningful opportunity to succeed.
