Guadalupe Salgado

Guadalupe Salgado earned a double  bachelor’s in Political Science and Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach. After working for a few years, she decided to get her Masters of Science in Gerontology. With that she was able to combine her anthropology background, of exploring food and culture, with her knowledge of senior health and wellness at Emeritus.
