SANTA MONICA, CA—The Santa Monica College (SMC) Corsair Track & Field, located at SMC’s Main Campus at 1900 Pico Blvd. is closed to all users, including the community, through mid-April 2026 for major construction and repairs funded by local voter-approved bond Measure AA (2008).

The construction and revamp efforts include resurfacing the track, regrading the field, and installing a new digital scoreboard. Construction is currently scheduled to begin December 1, 2025 and anticipated to be completed by mid-April, 2026. Details related to public use—including hours and guidelines—will be reviewed in Spring 2026 and appropriate notifications made prior to reopening.
