- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Technical Support for Employees
SMC faculty and staff may ask questions, request help, or schedule media services by emailing from an SMC employee email account to:
You will receive an email confirmation with a service ticket number. Your request
will be assigned to an IT staff member, and you will be able to track progress up
to completion.
If your employee SMC email account is not working, please call 310-434-3010. Leave
a voicemail if there's no immediate answer. We have a limited number of phone lines,
but we will call back as soon as possible.
