Technical Support for Employees

SMC employees may ask questions, request help, or schedule media services by emailing from an SMC employee email account to:

You will receive an email confirmation with a service ticket number. Your request will be assigned to an IT staff member, and you will be able to track progress up to completion.

  • Technical Support is available on college business days:

    • Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

If your employee SMC email account is not working, please call us. Leave a voicemail if there's no immediate answer. We have a limited number of phone lines, but we will call back as soon as possible.
