Technical Support is available Monday - Friday · 8 a.m - 9:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. except on College holidays.
Technical Support for Employees
SMC employees may ask questions, request help, or schedule media services by emailing from an SMC employee email account to: IThelp@smc.edu
You will receive an email confirmation with a service ticket number. Your request will be assigned to an IT staff member, and you will be able to track progress up to completion.
Technical Support is available on college business days:
- Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

If your employee SMC email account is not working, please call us. Leave a voicemail if there's no immediate answer. We have a limited number of phone lines, but we will call back as soon as possible.
