Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training

Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Certificate prepares students to instruct the complete repertoire of Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus equipment exercises in group classes and one-on-one private or semi-private training sessions at health clubs, fitness and wellness centers, community centers, corporate settings, or private studios.

Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga teachers design and instruct yoga classes for participants of various ability levels. They ensure through diligent planning, intelligent sequencing, and the inclusion of appropriate posture progressions that each class experience is safe, effective and enjoyable for all participants.
