Pico Partnership Grant and Book Voucher Eligibility Requirements
Pico Partnership grants and textbook vouchers help eligible students cover the cost of textbooks & supplies each fall and spring term. To ensure you qualify, please carefully review the detailed eligibility criteria and requirements below.
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for the Pico Partnership Grant or Book Voucher, you must first be an active Pico Partnership student at Santa Monica College. This means you are officially enrolled in the Pico Partnership program and maintain your eligibility throughout the academic year.
Please note: The Pico Partnership Textbook Voucher is offered only to program students who are ineligible for the Pico Partnership student grant. Program participants will receive either the grant or book voucher – not both.

Students determined to not meet the criteria listed above will be awarded a Pico Partnership Textbook Voucher in lieu of the grant, at the same dollar amount.
The Pico Partnership program will submit participant information to the SMC Financial Aid office for financial aid review and eligibility determination at the beginning of each fall and spring semester.
