Meet with an EDU/ECE Counselor
EDU/ECE Counselors are available to meet with students to discuss educational planning, career counseling, and child development permit advising. We offer in-person, phone, and zoom appointments. When making the appointment make sure you specify the modality. If selecting a remote option, a counselor will call you at your appointment time using the phone number on file in your student portal. Please make sure that your phone number is correctly listed in Corsair Connect.
Spring 2026 Hours
- Monday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (via phone or Zoom)
- Tuesday 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (via phone or Zoom)
- Wednesday 10:00 am - 5:00 p.m. (via phone, Zoom, or in-person)
How do I schedule an appointment?
Two ways to schedule an appointment:

2. Schedule appointment online, go through the following steps:

Log in to Corsair Connect(opens in new window).

On the main page, scroll down to and go to SMC Quick Links on the left-hand side.
- Click on Book a Counseling Appointment.

When you are in the booking system, you will be able to sort by Program/Area, Counselor, Day, and Time. Select Early Childhood Education for the program. Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation sent to your SMC student email address.
