International Student Forum

International Student Forum

The core purpose of the International Student Forum is to serve as an inclusive, supportive, and connected hub for international students on campus. It aims to foster cross-cultural understanding by organizing regular dialogue sessions, cultural sharing events, and global topic discussions, allowing students from diverse nationalities to exchange traditions, life experiences, and perspectives while breaking down cultural barriers. Beyond cultural exchange, the forum provides practical support to ease international students’ transition—offering guidance on accessing campus resources, understanding local living norms, sharing academic strategies, and connecting peers with mentors for course-related help. It also acts as a vital bridge between international students and the university administration, collecting and relaying students’ needs, suggestions, and concerns to ensure their voices are heard. Additionally, the forum enriches the overall campus community by hosting multicultural activities like international food fairs and cultural performances, promoting global awareness among all students and creating a safe, welcoming space where international students can build friendships, showcase their cultural identities, and feel a strong sense of belonging throughout their academic journey.
