Although Scholars students apply to many different colleges and universities, most are seeking the priority admissions agreements that are housed within this program. These agreements/contracts do not guarantee that students will receive an offer of admission. However, students who partake in these contracts greatly enhance their chances of being admitted to these particular schools.
The Scholars Program oversees priority admissions contracts with colleges such as Amherst College, Pomona College, Pitzer College, Scripps, University of San Diego, University of San Francisco, Yale University, and many more. Transfer Honors Program (Honors to Honors)
The Honors to Honors Program provides priority consideration for admission, individual advising, library card, housing guarantee, cultural events invites, fall outreach program.
Honors to Honors Program
Transfer students applying through the Honors to Honors Program are eligible for priority consideration for admission to the Campuswide Honors Collegium as part of the UC Irvine admissions process.
For Honors Program students of all majors, Honors Transfer Council of California (HTCC) Honors Program participation is considered in the comprehensive review process for admission to UC Irvine.
Honors Program students with a 3.7 or higher UC-transferable GPA are invited to join the UCI Campus-wide Honors Collegium (CHC) as space permits. The UCI CHC offers students an engaged honors community, a specialized honors curriculum, faculty-mentored research opportunities, and priority registration.
