Santa Monica Community College District Facility Rental Schedule*
CORSAIR TRACK AND FIELD ARE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS DECEMBER 1, 2025 THROUGH SPRING 2026.
The College requires, at the cost of the lessee, certain minimum staffing at some events for the protection of public safety and college facilities. Staffing and equipment are NOT included in the facilities rental rates below.
A certificate of insurance of $2,000,000 naming Santa Monica College as "Additional Insured"is required by all sponsoring groups. Additional coverage is required for activities with youth participants.
Filming and Special Event Use

Filming is not permitted in interior areas of the College except by special permit.
Staffing and supervision for filming use to be determined by SMC and charged to client.
Santa Monica Community College District Staff Fee Schedule
The following fees are based upon use for a four hour period per person. Additional hours during the same day are pro-rated and charged on a per hour basis. Overtime is charged daily after 8 hours of work and for all hours worked on District holidays.
