I think knowing who you are really is a key in building a life that can bring you happiness and satisfaction. On a more practical level I'd recommend taking COUNS 12. If you don't know what to do with your life I think it's a good class that can help people find out more about themselves and what they want to do.

I know it sounds ridiculous but it helps clear your mind, from my own experience this helped me out a lot. Also surround yourself with the right people, find community, join a club, program. Be gentle with yourself and remember that you will get through a challenging obstacle.
