It is an apolitical, non-profit student housing organization owned and operated by the students that live there. Check the web site for current room and board rates. All rooms are furnished and utilities are included. Nineteen meals are provided per week. Each member must contribute four hours of chores per week. The Co-op has single, double, and triple rooms, and allows residents to remain in them during UCLA academic breaks at no additional cost.
