The negative side of this arrangement is that the landlord may decide not to renew your rental agreement, and you can be forced to relocate with one month’s notice. On the other hand, if you just need short-term accommodations, this might be the best choice for you. If you have a rental agreement, the arrangement continues until you or your landlord give a thirty-day written notice.
