  • Anxiety Sisters: Anxiety specific resources for free including a red "panic button" you can click during a severe anxiety episode and a recording will talk you down.

  • Support Groups Central: Virtual Support Groups for numerous mental health conditions as well as free and low cost online therapy also available in Spanish.

  • TruLuv #SelfCare Game: This is a free game described as: A simple beautiful AI companion for joy and self-love. This is a game about self-care and the joy of staying in bed and caring for one's self.

  • Virtual Museum Tours: This site from Travel and Leisure magazine offers links to tours of museums around the world for free.

  • Warm Line: Telephone Support by trained peers.
