- Access the Form: Scroll down to locate the appointment form, or open it directly in your browser.
- Select a Service: Choose the service you need from the Lab Support Desk. Select “Show more services” to view the full list if needed.
- Choose a Date and Time: Pick a convenient date and time for your appointment.
- Enter Your Information: Provide your name, SMC email address, phone number, and any other required details. Fields marked with an * are mandatory.
- Add Comments (Optional): Use the notes section to share any specific concerns or requests. Answer any additional questions to help us prepare for your appointment.
- Submit the Form: Review your information for accuracy, then click the “Book” button and check the acknowledgement box to submit. A confirmation email will be sent with meeting details. If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Join the Zoom Meeting (opens in new window) (if applicable): If your appointment is virtual, use the Language Lab Support Desk Zoom link (opens in new window) to join at your scheduled time.
Language Lab Support Desk
The Language Lab Support team provides basic troubleshooting and technical assistance to SMC language students. Support is available by appointment or through email, phone, or Zoom.
