Language Lab Support Desk

The Language Lab Support team offers basic troubleshooting and technical support for SMC language students. We provide assistance with the Language Lab, Mango Languages, Transparent Language, VoiceThread, and the Language Lab Media Finder.

Students may schedule an appointment with Help Desk staff or contact the Lab Support Desk via email or telephone. Walk-ins are also welcome at Drescher Hall, Room 220.

Students may schedule an appointment with Help Desk staff. For quicker assistance, use your official '@student.smc.edu' email account when contacting a team member. 

Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (in-person and remote)
  • Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (remote only)
  • Saturday - Sunday: Closed

The Language Lab Support Desk is closed during all campus holidays, breaks, and when classes are not in session. Hours are subject to change.

Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with the Lab Support Desk, use the appointment scheduler below. You can update your appointment through the confirmation email you receive or by contacting the appropriate support desk assistant. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your meeting may be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
