The Lab Support Desk is in Drescher Hall, Room 220. Enter through Drescher Hall, Room 219.
Appointments can be scheduled using the online appointment scheduler or by contacting the Lab Support Desk directly. Walk-ins are also welcome at Drescher Hall, Room 220 during open lab hours.
No appointment is required. Support is available anytime during business hours by contacting the Lab Support Desk.
No, the Lab Support Desk does not offer guidance on course selection. For academic advising, speak with a faculty member or contact the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures.
For issues with personal devices, contact the device manufacturer first. The Language Lab Support Desk does not diagnose or repair personal hardware or software. However, you may use a workstation at the Modern Languages Lab in Drescher Hall, Room 220.
