- Select a Service: Choose the specific service you require from the Lab Support Desk. If necessary, select 'Show more services' to view the complete list of available services.
- Choose Appointment Date and Time: Select a suitable date and time for your appointment.
- Add Your Details: Provide your name, SMC email address, and any other relevant details. Items marked with an * are required.
- Additional Comments: Include any specific concerns or requirements in the notes section. Answer any additional questions as prompted; this will help us prepare in advance. Items marked with an * are required.
- Submit the Form: Once all the necessary information is filled in, review it for accuracy. When ready, click the "Book" button to submit your appointment request. You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to attend your meeting. If you do not see the confirmation email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Join the Zoom Meeting (if applicable): If you have scheduled a Zoom meeting, use the Language Lab Support Desk Zoom link to join your virtual appointment.
Language Lab Support Desk
The Language Lab Support team offers basic troubleshooting and technical support for SMC language students. We provide assistance with the Language Lab, Mango Languages, Transparent Language, VoiceThread, and the Language Lab Media Finder.
Students may schedule an appointment with Help Desk staff or contact the Lab Support Desk via email or telephone. Walk-ins are also welcome at Drescher Hall, Room 220.
