I miss the impromptu meetings with colleagues and students when walking through the quad on the Main Campus or sitting at the North Fountain. These moments became more precious when I could not do this during the pandemic.
It makes me happy to experience the serendipitous ways that chance encounters in the Los Angeles and Santa Monica community intersect and converge with SMC’s reach and impact across the region, the state and even across the world. This fact always makes me #ProudToBeSMC!
